Data Protection Notice
The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. Information below relates to the way in which information is collected, processed and used in accordance with statutory regulations when you visit our website. This data protection information forms part of any contract between you and NIMIRUM.
Personal data includes information such as your real name, address, telephone number, or date of birth. Information that is not directly connected to your true identity (such as preferred web sites, forms or your browsing history), is not personal data.
For the purposes of data security, when a user visits our website, the web server by default temporarily saves the calling computer’s connection data, the web pages that the user visits, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser, operating system type used and the web page from which the user visited our pages.
Personal information such as your name, your address, phone number or e-mail address are not registered, unless you have made this information available to us of your own free will, for example, when you fill out our enquiry form.
In the context of enquiries, NIMIRUM does not require mandatory disclosure of information other than your name, email address and telephone number. Additional details are voluntary, such as your company or university name. Stored mobile and personal telephone numbers are used if necessary for further inquiries (at our company). This personal information is under no circumstances and at no time made accessible to other users. The same applies to your messages to us. Personal data is stored in our company, so that we can communicate with you.
If you upload data on your applicant profile, such as a CV, the information is archived by NIMIRUM, and will under no circumstances be transmitted to any third party. We also use all other information exclusively for the application process, and it is at no time made accessible to other users.
We employ personal data made available by yourself exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your wishes and requirements, i.e. generally for the handling of the contract concluded with yourself (or in response to your inquiry). Your personal data is not disclosed, sold or transmitted in any other manner to third parties, unless this is necessary to implement the contract, or you have expressly given your consent to this.
NIMIRUM undertakes, through appropriate technical and organisational security measures, to protect your data from being lost or misused. Accordingly, your data will be stored in secured organizational settings that are not accessible to the public. In certain cases, your personal data is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) during transmission. This means that communications between your computer and the servers of NIMIRUM take place using a recognized encrypting process, provided your browser supports SSL.
For technical and legal reasons (see statutory data storage requirements) data, where necessary, data protection files and a copy of services are duplicated. For technical reasons, these copies will only be deleted after a certain time delay.
NIMIRUM issues law enforcement authorities, courts and other statutory government or state authorities with information on messages and data that have been stored, received, sent or disseminated, or on content and personal data only as far as obliged to do so by legal requirements, e.g. in cases of criminal prosecution.
